Yo are what YOU eat

You might think that if you eat a lot you are going to be fat and if you eat less you are going to be skinny well you are right and wrong!
You can eat whatever you want in all quantity you want it’s just about what you are going to eat. Always you have a diet even if its eating candies all day long it’s a diet but you can have a balance diet eating healthy and combining all the food, also you have to eat 6 or 5 times at day, that’s a curious thing because you might think that’s weird because you are eating a lot but you are wrong your body need vitamins and energy and if you eat healthy 5 or 6 times at day your body is never going to be lazy or without strength.

I think we all have very bad concept, everyone believes that they are chubby or fat because they eat a lot and the weak or skinny are weak because they don’t eat. Well you are wrong some fat people are chubby because of their metabolism and some skinny because it comes from family or also have a fast metabolism.

However they are people that is fat because eat a lot all day long fast food, candies or food with a lot of fat, and obviously you are going to be fat an unhealthy because you are not eating well and you are not doing exercise. Also you can eat whatever you want at this age, I can see that a lot of my friends including me want to do diets and be skinny but in our age if we eat well and make exercise you are going to be skinny and having the body you want so rich your goals and go to the gym and eat healthy and you’re going to have the body you want.

“You are what you eat” is a famous and strong phrase, but if you look in different points of view the phrase you understand that always is the same conclusion eat healthy do exercise you’re going to have a good body.

 I can told you that not eating well or thinking that you are fat can give you into bulimia anorexia or other illness like that,anorexia is a mental and physical illnes caused by low self steem or insecure because they think that they are fat and stop eating or taking away the food and this can take you right away to death.Buliminia is another illnes caused by desorders alimenticious but this is a major type is when they vomited all the food that they it so they wont get fat and also they put like skeletons and it can kill you. My advice is to have a hight self esteem and try not to get involved to young into diets and all of that stuff because eat helathy and go to the gym or simply do exercise and that’s all.
